Summary
From sleeping 22 hours a day and considering suicide about six years into illness, this poster describes a large, years-long stack - pulsed steroids, noopept-based nootropics, experimental NSI-189, and roughly twenty daily supplements - restoring the ability to swim, use a gym, cycle and work part-time in a lab, with postural hypotension resolved and brain fog clearing within about two weeks of starting nootropics. He calls it "perhaps a highly significant helping hand" rather than a cure, can't isolate which piece is working given the synergistic regimen, and reports the gains aren't fully stable - a recent relapse kept him out of work three months before he recovered again. The same general protocol also reportedly moved his overall ME severity from moderate to mild and eased his IBS.
