Summary
After becoming severely ill with ME/CFS by late 2020 — to the point that even a shower risked triggering post-exertional malaise — he discarded all possessions, bought new clothes and a car, and relocated from a New York City apartment to a travel trailer in the Arizona desert. He reports being in "full remission from ME/CFS," able to "exercise til I pass out and will not get any PEM. Zero," explicitly noting that binders like Welchol and charcoal alone had not helped until he left the moldy apartment. He plans to remain in the desert long-term to maintain the remission.
