Summary
Liver derivative complex (Nexavir) was one of more than a dozen treatments he listed trying, alongside antidepressants, antivirals, erythromycin, doxycycline, NAC and others, with no dose or duration specified for it individually. He had been very severely ill with ME/CFS for about ten years, largely housebound and able to concentrate for only about two hours at a stretch. He states plainly that this whole list of treatments, Nexavir included, was used without success. He later reached remission on a completely separate treatment instead, so no benefit from Nexavir is reported at any point in his account.
