Summary

Her father Thomas Overvik credits the Lightning Process, taught by phone and then in a course with Live Landmark in November, for her recovery, after the family had resisted trying it for more than six years. She had been ill for about eight years with post-viral chronic fatigue, at her worst tube-fed, wheelchair-bound and lying in a darkened room after a three-month hospitalisation, and graded physiotherapy and an osteopath had not helped. Within a month of her first session she was walking unaided, leaving the flat and travelling to Oslo to complete the course in person, which her father calls "too surreal to be described in words." He says she has since returned to school, shops, socialises, cooks and hikes, and is rebuilding her strength with physiotherapy. He reports no relapse and says she "has recovered," calling it "the strangest and best" experience of their lives.
