The best thing I have done is to say: no way will I accept that my daughter will just lie there and suffer indefinitely, without us being able to do anything

Summary

Her mother credits a phone consultation and course with Lightning Process coach Live Landmark, alongside a four-week stay, later repeated, at the Catosenteret rehabilitation centre run by Dr Bard Fossli Jensen, for her daughter's recovery from ME. Before that the family had tried a paediatrician, hospital tests, equine and dance therapists, acupuncturists, dieticians, foot zone treatment and a therapist in Croatia over roughly two and a half years, as her daughter lost the ability to attend school, dance or socialise. The mother initially wrote, "She is healthy from ME, and I am eternally grateful." In an update two years later, she says her daughter "is dancing again," thriving at school and doing well both socially and academically. The same update says "life is far from perfect," listing ongoing tension headaches, depression-like symptoms and vulnerability that the years of illness left behind.
