Summary
Thirty years after a mono-triggered onset that left her housebound, unable to drive or cook, with severe vertigo and depression, she layered years of high-dose Famvir and Acyclovir and about two years of Mycoplasma antibiotics with, more recently, roughly 4-5 months of Protandim (which nearly eliminated her vertigo) and 2+ months of nightly 50mg compounded progesterone plus cutting out gluten. On the progesterone she began working out within 3 days and sustained daily exercise for the first time, moved from housebound to working 30 hours a week, her resting heart rate dropped from about 120 to just under 100, and a decade of daily low-grade fevers stopped. She insists it's a combination effect and explicitly says "I do not believe I have been cured," describing herself as "not well...but SO much better," with the improvement holding steady as of her post.
