Summary
Jocelyn became severely ill with CFS more than 25 years before writing, at one point nearly bedridden for over a year with fatigue, muscle and joint aches, brain fog and near-fainting. Intravenous vitamin therapy and dietary change first let her work and raise a family, but she relapsed badly about seven years before the account. She credits Dr Teitelbaum's SHINE protocol with restoring near-normal functioning, and now runs a business and travels, though this requires ongoing diligence with diet and supplements.
What they credit
Credits Diet, Hormones & thyroid, Supplements, Ozone / EBOO / IV vitamin therapy, Thyroid (T3, T4, NDT).
