Summary
Fourteen years into CFS and CIRS (also citing heavy metal toxicity, mold and Lyme disease), Eric documented a roughly 25-day Master Cleanse of lemon juice, maple syrup and cayenne, adding psyllium and bentonite shakes and continuing some supplements against the protocol's own rules. He lost about 15 pounds, tolerated his usual detox supplements with fewer symptoms than before, and reported lighter brain fog and better sugar control by the end. Within three weeks of refeeding he had regained the weight, and his old headaches returned once he resumed his glutathione and fenbendazole regimen, leaving the benefit only partly sustained.
